Albert Tran has been working for the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® (WSGVR) as Executive Officer since July 2010.
Albert has obtained four NAR designations and certifications: REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), GREEN, e-PRO®, and At Home with Diveristy (AHWD). He is NAR Instructor to teach e-PRO®, AHWD, Real Estate Safety Matters and Real Estate Investing courses.
Prior to joining WSGVR, Albert worked as a Director of Training and Technology Services for the C.A.R. from 1999 to 2010.

Rod Kuratomi is a retired Clinical Laboratory Systems Analyst. He has been actively training and teaching karate for over 40 consecutive years. He is also a defense tactics instructor and has black belts in four disciplines, including a 7th degree black belt in karate. Cheryl Kuratomi is a retired Clinical Microbiologist. She has trained in the martial arts for 20 years and is a 3rd degree black belt in karate. Rod and Cheryl are both instructors at the International Karate Association in Glendale, California.
Joel Carlson is the owner/broker of MJC Realty in Newport Beach, CA. He is an Instructor and Author for the California Association of Realtors for over 20
